Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and the information you enter accurate. You're responsible for activity in your account.
Your content
You own your jobs, customer information, files and documents. You give BuildProfit permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. Only upload content you have the right to use.
Estimates, AI and professional judgment
BuildProfit helps you estimate, plan and document work, but you remain responsible for your prices, contracts, permits, code compliance and the work itself. AI suggestions — including quantities, materials, schedules, design previews and anything read from photos or plans — are starting points to verify, not guarantees. Measurements taken from photos are estimates unless a known scale is visible.
Licensing information
License details come from public licensing boards and may be delayed or incomplete. Confirm a license with the board before awarding work.
Documents and contracts
Contract templates and documents are provided as tools. They are not legal advice; have your own attorney review the documents you use with your customers.
Plans and billing
Prices are shown on the pricing page. Online billing isn't live yet; you'll be asked to agree before any charge. When billing opens, you can cancel at any time and keep access through the period you paid for.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no access to other accounts' data, no scraping of the network, and no spam through invitations.
Availability and changes
We work to keep BuildProfit available and your data safe, and we may update features and these terms. We'll tell you about material changes.
