BuildRTX Text Messaging

BuildRTX is operated by JG Builds Inc. BuildRTX sends account and project text messages: notices that a proposal, contract, change order or invoice is ready to view or sign, project updates, sign-in verification codes, and payment confirmations and occasional review requests after a completed payment or job. We don't send marketing texts.

How to opt in

Text messages are optional and are sent only after you agree. You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the unchecked box below. It's the same box you'll see in BuildRTX:

• Contractors: under the company phone number in Settings → Company.
• Homeowners and clients: in “Get text updates” on the proposal or invoice page your contractor sends you.

Frequency, cost and opting out

• Message frequency varies with your project activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply START to opt back in.
• Reply HELP for help, or email justin@buildrtx.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
